Say hello to Mrs. Bieber! Hailey Baldwin has officially taken the last name of her husband, Justin Bieber. The model made the change earlier this weekend, when she updated her Instagram bio to read “Hailey Rhode Bieber," and changed her handle to @haileybieber.
The name change comes shortly after news broke that the model had followed, and then unfollowed, a Selena Gomez (Bieber’s long-time ex-girlfriend) fan account. Stars—they’re just like us!
Baldwin and Bieber tied the knot back in mid-September, shortly after they got engaged in early July. The two were spotted entering and leaving the office of the city clerk marriage bureau in New York City, and naturally rumors spread that the two had been married. But the couple wasn’t so quick to share the exciting news—the two neither confirmed nor denied that they had officially married for a few weeks. The stars later revealed that they would only consider their marriage official once they had a religious wedding ceremony.
The couple has been planning their second ceremony, slowly revealing their wedding plans since they announced their engagement. The bride and groom are looking to have a romantic woodland ceremony sometime later next year. “I just picture lights strung everywhere,” Baldwin previously told The Cut. “I think having it in the woods would be so beautiful.” Baldwin added that she has been working with a wedding planner to find the perfect wedding venue, which will likely take place somewhere on the West Coast.
