Gwyneth Paltrow, jill of all trades and age-defying goddess, married Brad Falchuk September 29 in a very private Hamptons ceremony. Aside from an Instagram shot of her and her husband's new wedding rings (which are minimalist goals), the actress and businesswoman has continued to keep her nuptials on the DL. That is, until now—on Friday, Paltrow officially shared a few snippets from her wedding photo album, which includes (perhaps most important) shots of her stunning dress.
The 46-year-old mother of two took to the website of her lifestyle brand, Goop, to offer insights into the big day. According to the post on the site, the couple's 70-guest wedding featured "perfect weather, a superlative dinner, a dance party for the ages, and a dress that defies adjectives." Speaking of Paltrow's gown: The bride wore a lace Valentino Couture number. The cap-sleeve frock was complete with an illusion neckline, open back, and subtle Swiss dot pattern. She paired it with loose waves, a cathedral-length veil, and an unwavering smile.
Following the ceremony, Paltrow's wedding sneak peek revealed that she traded her gown for a short Stella McCartney jumpsuit to partake in "’80s party jams." Right on.
She also shared one of the photos to Instagram, presumably taken right after the ceremony, of the beaming bride and groom walking down the aisle together. "Took me a minute to get it together, but at long last, for those who have requested, a little look inside the best day of our lives," she captioned the post, adding "#thefaltrows."
Married life seems to be treating this pair well thus far, and they recently nailed the couples' Halloween costume game as Bradley Cooper's and Lady Gaga's respective characters from A Star Is Born.
