In an act of spontaneity, groom Chad Kannard picked up his brand-new bride, Julia Magdaleno, and decided to run into their reception space in Jackpot Ranch in Camp Verde, Arizona. Then, worst case scenario kicked in and Kannard tripped onto the concrete walkway, dropping his wife and falling onto her.
Horrifying as it sounds, thankfully, Magdaleno told ABC News last night that the fall looked a lot worse than it was. "He was like 'Are you okay?' and I was like 'Yeah, I'm fine.' I had a cut on my forearm and he was like, 'You're bleeding' and I was like 'I am?'" she told the news outlet.

It turns out, the groom got the brunt of the fall. "Both his arms went under me so really he took most of the impact," Magdaleno continued. "It looks like in the video he body slammed me but really, I really felt, like, nothing. I was kind of sore the next day but, I mean, when you fall onto the cement, of course you're going to be sore."
But, on the bright side, these two high school sweethearts from Pheonix are thinking positively about the whole ordeal. "I was shocked but I mean, really, I think back on it and I was, like, who else can really top that kind of wedding entrance?" she added. "It's something me and my friends and family will never ever forget." True that!
