Goodbye frat parties, hello bachelor parties—Jacob Zachar is getting married! The former Greek star (who is best known for his role as the dork-turned-frat star Rusty Cartwright on the Freeform TV show) proposed to his girlfriend and set costumer Brittany Saberhagen this weekend—and the two can't contain their excitement.
Saberhagen posted a photo of herself and her new fiancé to Instagram over the weekend, captioning the photo,“My forever partner!” She later shared a clip of them on their way to a brewery. “We’re going to drink some beers and celebrate!” she said in the video as she put her new diamond engagement ring on display.
Zachar’s former costar, Jake McDorman, congratulated the couple by making a comment on the post, writing "XP LEVEL UP." McDorman is best known for his roles in Limitless and American Sniper.
Although the couple has been posting on social media together since 2014, they haven't specifically said when they first started dating—nor have they mentioned any further wedding plans just yet. Despite that, the two have won our hearts over with their sweet public notes to one another.
The 31-year-old actor played the geeky lead character in Greek, which ran for four seasons from 2007 to 2011. Along with his role in the TV show, the actor has also appeared in a handful of other shows and movies, including Detention of the Dead, The Hive, and Surf's Up. The actor also has a role in a 2018 short, Ordinary Lovers.
