The date is set, the location has been chosen, and it looks like one guest is for sure attending George Clooney and Amal Amaluddin's highly-anticipated nuptials. The definite "yes" RSVP at hand? Clooney's first cousin, actor Miguel Ferrer (of NCIS: Los Angeles fame).
"I don't know if I can tell you a lot about this marriage," Ferrer said to France's Tele Star magazine at the Monte Carlo Television Festival according to People. But he did offer one piece of info, saying, "Obviously I'll be there!"
So just how closely do these two actors lineage stack up? Ferrer's parents were Oscar-winner José Ferrer and famous singer Rosemary Clooney, while George's father is Rosemary's brother.
Though the NCIS star remained rather hush-hush about the pending details, Ferrer did reveal that the entire Clooney clan is excited for George to re-take the plunge. "At first the family was surprised to learn the happy [engagement] news," he told the French publication.
He also added that Clooney's fiancée Amal Amaluddin is "a wonderful woman."
Clooney's cousin will be one of a few close family and friends attending the Italian destination wedding( a fact that was confirmed by one of Alamuddin's family members). As we've previously reported, the celebration will also make its way to Alamuddin's Lebanese hometown.
All of the excitement will go down in September (as another close friend of the couple, Cindy Crawford, accidentally spilled last month), before the future Mrs. George Clooney has to return to work.
