George and Amal Clooney have been married for more than four years, but they looked every bit in love as a pair of newlyweds, showing some major PDA while walking the red carpet together Tuesday night.

The actor, 58, and the human rights lawyer, 41, stepped out in Rome for the city’s premiere of George’s new Hulu show, Catch-22.

George looked dapper in a sleek black tux with a white undershirt while his gorgeous wife turned heads in a sparkly emerald Giambattista Valli top and a white skirt with beaded embellishments from the same brand.

It was the twosome’s interaction, however, that had everyone taking notice. In addition to holding the actor’s arm as they made their way into the viewing, the pair were captured in an intimate moment in which George leaned in closely to his wife’s face as she looked lovingly into his eyes.

Afterward, the duo hit up Antica Pesa with the rest of the cast, where Page Six reports that they were treated to tuna tartare, spaghetti cacio e pepe, swordfish, and a taste of tiramisu from Chef Simone Panella.

The couple's apparent affection comes as no surprise to those who heard the Oscar-winner gush over Amal on the Today show just last week: George told host Savannah Guthrie that he won the lotto in the spouse department.

"She's ... an incredible mom, like an incredible mom. And a pretty great wife, too, so I feel like I hit the jackpot,” he said.

Amal, for her part, publicly raved about George while honoring him at the AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards in June 2018: “We started hanging out in my London flat, and very soon it felt like, no matter what happened, I would never want to be with anyone else. ... Five years later, none of that has changed. He is the person that has my complete adoration and also the person whose smile makes me melt, every time.”

George and Amal tied the knot with a gorgeous ceremony in Venice, Italy on September 27, 2014. Their twins, Ella and Alexander, will turn two in June.
