A source close to the couple reveals that the Twilight star and his bride-to-be have pushed their wedding plans back "until autumn at the earliest" because Twigs "can't decide what [kind of] wedding she'd like to have."
"She talks about it keeping as real and low-key and then wants an elaborate glamorous Baroque affair," the source said. "She was even talking at one stage about having a masked ball."
The couple's public romance has been anything but drawn out. The pair got engaged after dating for just six months and made their red-carpet debut as a betrothed couple at this year's Met Gala in May (giving fans a much-anticipated peak at Twigs' engagement ring). Now with more time until the big day, Pattinson and Twigs have scrapped their original plans of a casual pub wedding and are planning on having a larger celebration.
"It will now be bigger but how big, nobody's quite sure at this moment in time," the source revealed. "There's no fixed [wedding] date but will probably be late in the year."
This postponement might explain Twigs' reluctance to discuss her impending nuptials in an interview earlier this week. When a Sunday Times reporter asked about the singer's wedding plans, Twigs deflected wedding talk so strongly that she practically denied their engagement. "Who told you I was getting married? You might read somewhere I'm a monkey and it doesn't mean I am," she said, adding that she is "not prepared to talk about my private life. I don't really understand the fascination."
While we anticipate this duo's much-debated wedding, we'll just be dreaming up potential dresses for the bride-to-be!
