We have another wedding to get super excited about: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. actress Elizabeth Henstridge just announced she's engaged to her longtime boyfriend and actor Zachary Burr Abel.

The couple shared the news through a hilarious set of Instagram posts on Monday that showed the various emotional states the engagement caused. "We have some news to share with you...A proposal in three parts; Happy, Shocked, Flip Yeah," Henstridge captioned three photos, which include one of her crying on her knees. "@zacharyburrabel couldn’t love you more."

Abel, who is known for his role as Carter Anderson on the former ABC series Make It or Break It, also shared the images but gave a little more insight into how he proposed: "Matching tracksuits, chocolate dipped fruits, favorite flowers, and flying for hours," he wrote. "Parents’ blessing, pillow dressing, bottle of bubbly, can I be your hubby? Bended knee, you and me, floods of tears, 7 days 7 years."

Henstridge plays Jemma Simmons, a S.H.I.E.L.D. biochemist, on the Marvel-based series. Her co-star Luke Mitchell commented on her engagement post, writing, "THE BEST!!" They also got sweet messages from Wrecked actress Ally Maki, who cheered them on in all caps: "AHHHHHHHHH OMGOMGOMG CONGRATS THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND EXCITING!!!!!!!!"

As Abel pointed out on Instagram, the couple has been dating for a little more than seven years and they often give fans glimpses into their relationship on social media. In January, Abel published a sweet photo of the two of them traveling together in Vienna and wrote that they had ended up there after many other travel plans had fallen through.

"We ended up seeing Budapest and Vienna and as we walked out of the #schonnbrunnpalace it started to snow. And snow. And snow," he explained. "What a magical thing to happen for us. We walked the small market outside, ordered mulled wine, and just marveled at how fortunate we truly are to be together." Now they're making plans to be together even longer.
