Keeping track of your wedding ring when you first get married can be tough — especially for the groom, as your man might not be accustomed to wearing jewelry. But for new husband Eddie Redmayne, misplacing his own was more of an occupational hazard.
The British actor and newlywed — who married his wife Hannah Bagshawe in December — confessed to E! News that he lost his wedding band while shooting The Danish Girl. "When you're filming you have to take off these things and I actually lost my wedding ring so this a new wedding ring that is being worn," the Oscar winner said. "I was pinning it to my costume every day and one day it disappeared."
Letting Bagshawe know what happened wasn't easy. "I sort of skirted around it, but anyway I like the new one," Redmayne, who is currently shooting the Harry Potter prequel, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, said, adding: "I'm loving the first year of marriage. I'm a lucky man."

The couple got engaged in 2014 over Memorial Day weekend after being together for three years, then just a few months later, tied the knot at Babington House in Somerset, England in December with an intimate, candle-lit Winter Wonderland ceremony.
Just a few months after the adorable couple said "I do," Redmayne and his new wife graced the red carpets for award season, proudly showing off their new status to everyone in Hollywood. In fact, after winning the esteemed best actor award at the British Academy Film Awards in February, Redmayne declared publicly: "I love married life!" So cute!
