Where to Stay:
One might not necessarily equate Disney World with romance, but they should. Winner of Trip Advisor's Travelers Choice Award and luxuriously appointed, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is home to 443 rooms and 68 suites exuding pure elegance. The only AAA Diamond rated hotel in central Florida, guests can enjoy the adults only Oasis pool nestled in their serene lakeside location, breakfast in bed, golf, tennis, and world-class spa treatments to help soothe the any tension from wedding planning (or from theme park fun.)
What to Do:
Hmm…everything? During your stay, be sure to spend adequate time in each theme park Disney has to offer. Ideally, you can devote one full day to each park, or utilize the park-hopper option to visit two (or three!) parks in one day. (Early opening hours and late-night Magic hours make fun filled days possible from nearly sunrise to sunset!) You can't miss the uber romantic Wishes nightly fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, romantic strolls around Epcot's World Showcase where you can opt to sample beers, wine and cocktails from around the world, and go on a safari at Animal Kingdom.
Where to Eat:
Ditch the visions of typical theme park and hotel meals and channel thoughts of culinary masterpieces — and that's exactly what you'll experience during your time here. Whatever your palate prefers, there's something for everyone, but don't make the rookie mistake of assuming you can dine wherever, whenever you'd like. Take advantage of Disney's concierge service and make reservations as far in advance as possible (you can do this online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.) Some of our favorite dining destinations for newlyweds include Chefs de France and Le Celier Steakhouse in Epcot's World Showcase, Cinderella's Royal Table in the castle at Magic Kingdom, and the famed AAA 5- Diamond awarded Victoria and Albert's in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. (Be sure to dress your best!)
Where to Party:
Formerly known as Downtown Disney, Disney Springs is home to shopping, restaurant, and nightlife too. The House of Blues and Paradiso 37 are perfect venues for couples wanting to dance the night away along to live music nightly. Irish pub Raglan Road also offers live music on their outdoor terrace the Patio Stage, while the Indiana Jones themed Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar is a great place to kick back and relax with cocktails.
Where to Relax:
Walt Disney World Resort offers many different locations for pampering and relaxation so the newly married couple can find a balance on their fun-filled honeymoon. Senses at the Grand Floridian Resort is a full service spa and health club that features Victorian themed vibes as well as facials, massages, and body therapies. Another option includes the Mandara Spa at the Dolphin Hotel. Inspired by Bali, this oasis aims to provide a sanctuary-type setting filled with luxury and soothing treatments and services.
