They’re officially husband and wife! Dean Geyer and Jillian Murray exchanged vows on Thursday in front of 75 of their closet family and friends. The couple wed at a boutique venue in Santa Ynez Valley, and although photos of the ceremony have yet to be released, the couple posted tons of photos prior to the celebration.
In July, the couple shared pics of what’s possibly the best part of wedding planning: cake tasting! Under what appears to be a professional engagement photo, Murray wrote, “Just had the most magical day ever tasting our entire wedding menu and doing a full day of wedding cake tastings. I’m so excited.”
Geyer, however, got his hands a little dirty and Instagrammed a photo of himself trying out different flavors of cupcakes. Needless to say, we’re very jealous. “Cake tastings for the wedding,” he captioned. According to People, the couple served chocolate chip cookies and three different wedding cakes, including butterscotch, cookie dough, and brownie. The tasty confections were created by Enjoy Cupcakes.
The ceremony was reportedly very glamorous. The reception featured designs by Rrivre Davies of Rrivre Works, and, according to Murray, everything was picture-perfect. “The vision I had on my Pinterest, he found a way to blend it. He’s literally the reason I have the wedding of my dreams,” she told People.
Decor for the big day was extravagant and featured a custom-made structure with chandeliers, all-white flowers and greenery, and custom-furnished lounge sections for guests to chill out. “We wanted it to be open so you can see the stars and appreciate where you are, out in the middle of nowhere,” Geyer told the publication.
Geyer opted for a Hugo Boss tuxedo and bow tie and watched is bride walk down the aisle as live music by the Santa Barbara String Quartet played in the background. Unfortunately, Murray has yet to give specifics on her gown, but she has described the dress as her “biggest splurge” for the wedding.
