College Fashionista founder Amy Levin may have graduated from campus life and dorm rooms, but this #girlboss is still a fabulous fashionista with a closet we'll always envy. But one thing this woman's wardrobe still needs? A wedding dress! Levin is currently engaged and planning her wedding for later this month. We know, we know—you had your dress picked out months before the big day, but Levin had a secret wedding weapon up her white illusion sleeve.
Levin is actually gal pals with up-and-coming bridal designer Danielle Frankel, after meeting when they were both interns in Los Angeles. Now, years later, Frankel is designing Amy's after-party gown for her wedding and this pair of fashionable friends is taking Brides behind-the-scenes and into Frankel's design studio to see how the stunning gown was made.
Heading to Frankel's New York City studio to try on her frock, Levin revealed that she's only ever seen the sketches and fabrics of her after-party dress. If it were us, the nerves would seriously be setting in. But this bride-to-be didn't even break a sweat—she knew her big day dress was in the best of hands!
No surprise here—the frock looked fab! At Frankel's studio, Levin slipped on her after-party dress—a full-length gown with illusion sleeves as well as neckline and cowl back detail—for the very first time. "This is awesome, Danielle!" the bride-to-be told her designer friend. And then, it was time for the finishing touches.

After pinning and fitting the dress to flawlessly fit her client's frame, Frankel decided that a silt would perfect the dress and tore a tear into the hem of the slip right then and there! And ever the expert dress designer, Frankel was right and Levin l-o-v-e loved the look.
Looks like Levin is almost ready to walk down the aisle. We can't wait to see the finished product!
