*Flip or Flop'*s Christina El-Moussa may have tied the knot over a month ago, but we're still not over her stunning wedding dress—and apparently, neither is she. The HGTV star, 35, wed Wheelers Dealers host Ant Anstead, 39, in an intimate, winter wonderland–themed wedding celebration at their home in Newport Beach, California, on December 22, 2018. Yesterday, the newlywed and home renovator took to Instagram to share some new shots from the couple's big day.
"12.22.18 such an amazing, emotional, incredible day for us and our 4 kids," she wrote next to a photo of her and Anstead kissing in front of a white car with a "Just Married" decal on its window. "Getting married at our home under the full moon couldn’t have been more magical. ✨ Love you @ant_anstead and our blended family... love doing this life with you."
The couple's wedding photographer, Rich Lander of Chard Photos also shared a stunning shot from the couple's wedding of El-Moussa and Anstead sitting on hanging white chairs in front of a pool.
"One of my favorite images from @christinaanstead and @ant_anstead gorgeous wedding day! So much fun being a part of their special day!" he wrote in his caption.
The bride was stunning in a breathtaking lace gown by Ines di Santo that featured a mermaid silhouette and lace embellished detachable illusion sleeves, which made her "feel beautiful." She complemented her ensemble by wearing her blonde locks in relaxed, loose curls and wore a natural makeup look.
“I knew I wanted it to be romantic,” she previously told People of her gown. “We added sleeves to a dress that didn’t have sleeves, and we made them detachable so that I could walk down the aisle with this dress with long sleeves and lace and then take them off for the party."
“It’s classic and really beautiful,” she added. “Ant will be surprised, but he’s going to love it.”
Not only was Anstead surprised, but their entire guest list was, too. The pair pulled off the secret celebration by telling guests to meet at their home, where a charter bus would then transport the group to see the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade. But when they arrived, they were surprised when they walked into a "rustic romance" style front-yard wedding ceremony.
“It was just perfect for us. Everything we wanted," El-Moussa previously said of her wedding, and noted that she plans to take her new husband's last name. “It has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? Christina Anstead. We couldn’t be any happier!”
