Charlotte Casiraghi celebrated her wedding to Dimitri Rassam on Saturday in not one, but two gorgeous wedding dresses.
Casiraghi, who is Princess Grace of Monaco's granddaughter, wed Rassam in a civil ceremony at Monaco’s Prince’s Palace. For the event, she reportedly wore a short grey dress by Yves Saint Laurent. Some fans believed that its brocade fabric was meant to be a nod to the brocade skirt ensemble that Princess Grace wore to her own civil ceremony to Prince Rainier in 1956. After the low-key ceremony, Casiraghi and Rassam moved the party onto on the palace's terraced gardens, where they dined on tea and cake along with 300 other guests. Then, they continued the celebration with an evening of dinner and dancing at the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel.
For the evening portion of the event, Casiraghi changed out of her grey dress into a more traditional bridal look. She wore a white strapless Chanel gown, and gave off major old Hollywood glam vibes with an artfully coiffed bob and red lipstick. She accessorized the look with a Cartier diamond necklace that appear to be identical to one was once owned by Princess Grace (TBD if it's the exact same necklace, but it certainly does look like it). She and Rassam looked picture-perfect together, as his white dinner jacket perfectly complimented her white outfit.
The couple got engaged during a family ski trip in 2018, and share a six-month-old son, Balthazar. Casiraghi and Rassam also both have children from previous relationships, and all three members of their brood were present for Saturday's events. The couple is reportedly planning another larger wedding weekend in southern France, and we can't wait to see what Charlotte Casiraghi wears next.
