Just earlier this month, Bachelor in Paradise's Carly Waddell and Evan Bass announced that they are expecting, shortly after their on-screen wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Now they're revealing the gender of their baby and (drumroll please)… it's a girl!
"This is our professional Gender Reveal photo! IT'S A GIRL!!!! I'm not the only girl anymore! Woo Hoo!!!!" Waddell captioned her Instagram post.
"We are so excited to welcome this new addition to our family," Bass said in an interview with E! News. "We wanted to start having children quickly…and mission accomplished."
Bass also shared the big news on social media, posting an Instagram captioned, "We are pleased to announce the release of our baby girl Bass in February 2018. My book, 'Raising Girls and Where to Buy a Shotgun for her Prom,' will be released shortly thereafter followed up by my fashion blog YouTube interactive. ALSO, WE ARE SO EXCITED."
And other BiP stars have added their own input on the reveal as well. Ashley "I" Iaconetti, who was at the couple's Mexican wedding celebration, told E! News, "It was going to be good either way because they already have three boys, so I thought it would be nice to have a girl in the mix. But then I also wanted it to be a boy so he could one day be together with Jade and Tanner's baby girl. But I'm good either way and I'm really happy for them."
We wonder if the now dad of three boys will let his little girl take her shot on The Bachelor in the future. Hmm… (We're guessing it won't be anytime soon.)
