Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Stephanie Beatriz has tied the knot! The actress married Brad Hoss over the weekend in a Los Angeles-themed bash with so many personal touches—including one that showcased her fan-favorite show, Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

"We decided that we wanted it to really reflect us," Beatriz told People of her wedding. "So for us that meant being involved every step of the way, meaning that we didn’t hire a wedding planner. We did it ourselves, which is a pretty big undertaking when you consider there’s gonna be close to 300 people there.”

Although we're practically sweating just thinking about such big undertaking, it was no problem for this cool, calm, and collected bride. “My friends are all calling me ‘bridechilla,’” said Beatriz. "They’re like, 'Why aren’t you stressed out?' and I’m like, 'Cause I’m marrying an awesome human.'"

While family and friends were present for the nuptials, Beatriz was also surrounded by her TV family. “I never would’ve gotten to the place where I would’ve even been open to Brad as a partner if it hadn’t been for my time on Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” she explained to People. “All of my friends on that show have just taught me so much about myself, the experience of being on that show has taught me so much about myself as a human being. And it really has helped mold me into the person that I am and the partner that I think I can be for Brad.”

With Brooklyn Nine-Nine playing such a major role in her personal and professional life, it was only fitting that Beatriz found a way to weave the TV show into her IRL big day. When she started looking at wedding dresses, she found a Grace Loves Lace gown that shared the name of her on-screen character, Rosa Diaz.

“There was a dress I came across called the Rosa. I’m not even kidding you,” Beatriz said. "I was like, 'Nah, it’s not gonna look right, it’s not gonna fit.' It was the last dress I went to try on. I went by myself to try it on, ’cause I was like, I just want to get it out of my head. And I put it on and it was like, 'Oh yeah, this is the one.'" Both Beatriz and her wedding photographer, Shauntelle Sposto, shared photos of the gorgeous gown here and here.

The rest of their wedding details were dedicated to Los Angeles—the city where they fell in love. “We’re kind of doing a lot of theatrical recreations of our favorite stuff in L.A. Like, the flora and fauna and how no matter the time of year something is blooming,” the bride explained. “We’re recreating the entrance into the Beverly Hills Hotel. The really iconic pink columns and the striped ceiling, we’re doing a mini version of that. It’s really cute. It’s almost like a set, which kind of touches on what I do for a living.

And everyone is going to get checked in and get a little key and a super cute keychain.”

In true L.A. style, food trucks replaced a traditional sit down dinner and celebrity chef Roy Choi recreated his special Flamin’ Hot Cheetos pop-up—a favorite of Beatriz’s costar Andy Samberg. "I think Andy’s excited to have another Hot Cheetos burrito," Beatriz mused ahead of the wedding. "I think all of us are excited to dance. That’s one of our favorite things to do when we’re out all together, at a birthday party or whatever. Everybody loves to hit that dance floor.”

“That’s all we talked about this last week at work," added Beatriz. "We were just like, ‘Yeah, we can’t wait to party!’”
