When it comes to planning a bridal shower, Pinterest can leave your head spinning and heart racing all at the same time. With so many themes, options and details to consider — where do you even start? Why not look to the stars?

Since your zodiac sign can reveal so much about you, consider letting your sign be your guide.

Here are some of our favorite bridal shower themes based on your sign.

Aries: March 20 – April 20

Brave and independent, Aries are full of energy and enthusiasm. They might want to have a hand in the planning of their shower, and that’s okay! The more personal, the better — so details that are specific to the bride and her romance can go a long way. Something like “The Story of Us,” or a more biographical themed shower might mean the world to an Aries bride.

Taurus: April 20 – May 21

Patient and loving, the perfect bridal shower theme for a Taurus is anything romantic and ethereal. A garden- or floral-themed shower —equipped with DIY bouquet and flower crown stations and blooming centerpieces — will certainly receive the stamp of approval from any Taurus.

Gemini: May 21 – June 21

Full of life, youth, and known for being fun-loving, Geminis might want to ditch tradition and go with a more hands-on approach. A cooking class, spa day or pool party will not only be unique enough for a Gemini’s personality, but will also provide experiential memories that will last far longer than a traditional luncheon.

Cancer: June 21 – July 22

Cancers are emotional and imaginative, so a fantasy or fairytale theme can be an excellent option. A Cinderella theme might be a perfect fit (pardon the pun) with whimsical details and decor, while a Midsummer Night’s Dream concept can also lend itself to beautiful scenery and swoon-worthy vibes.

Leo: July 22 – August 23

Embrace your creativity, Leo! Think outside of the box when it comes to your shower, and consider new experiences and unconventional themes and ideas. Why not have a Jack and Jill picnic or barbecue, where guys and gals can gather to celebrate? Take the stiffness out of the traditional shower and focus on truly celebrating with all you love instead.

Virgo: August 23 – September 23

You probably don’t like being the center of attention, and that’s okay! It’s your shower, do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Instead of worrying (like a typical Virgo might do) keep your crowd small, and let it be known you’d much rather a small and conservative luncheon among friends than an elaborate themed party.

Libra: September 23 – October 23

With an eye for romance and charm, Libras are sure to love a theme that’s a bit feminine and flirty. Afternoon tea or a Tuscany vineyard-themed affair are sure to be enjoyed by both the bride-to-be and all guests, and are versatile enough for fun and personalized touches, too.

Scorpio: October 23 – November 22

Scorpios are notoriously passionate, intuitive and sensitive. Finding a way to theme the party based on one of their passions or interests is sure to be a hit. A bride’s favorite travel destination or television show can provide the perfect canvas to let her ego shine just a bit, while the personal touches will pull at her heartstrings.

Sagittarius: November 22 – December 21

Lover of fun, fanfare and humor, a perfect bridal shower for a Sag will be lighthearted and full of fun. Anything from a light and whimsical tea party to a sexy lingerie theme will keep a Sag smiling, and the guests enjoying themselves throughout the event.

Capricorn: December 21 – January 20

You’re a bit reserved, but that doesn’t mean you shy away from a good party. Always having to (carefully) plan ahead, you can trust a Capricorn’s shower will be detail oriented, and the talk of the town. Go big or go home, and opt for a “wow” worthy theme, perhaps right off the big screen like Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Casablanca, or Dirty Dancing.

Aquarius: January 20 – February 18

Friendly, loyal and original, Aquarians also tend to be well connected socially which can make for quite the shower crowd. If the shower is going to have a large guest count, it’s best to keep things clear and concise when it comes to themes and color schemes. For a slam dunk, pick something personal to the bride — an affinity to travel, a novel, a classic tale — and let it go from there.

Pisces: February 18 – March 20

A true Pisces might not be too keen on a celebration filled with gifts, guests, and them being the center of attention. They also have quite the sense of imagination, so finding a balance between these traits is crucial. Why not opt for subtle, yet fun shower theme based on the season? Fall foliage, winter wonderlands, spring soirees or summer solstice décor vibes can help to set the scene for a put together party, while taking the pressure off a commitment to anything elaborate or out of character.
