Brad Pitt is an award-winning actor, humanitarian, dotting father, and husband. He has a schedule that keeps him running all over the world, so we assume he's taking a backseat to Thanksgiving cooking right? Well actually, it seems Pitt has decided to add another responsibility to his ever-growing plate— cooking the turkey.
"I'll get in there, I'll mess it up a little bit," Pitt told Extra of his plans for the big holiday meal at the premiere of his new film The Big Short. "We've got Thanksgiving, man... I'm all over that turkey." Ever since we learned that Pitt is the turkey master we can't help but picture Pitt in an apron brining the Turkey while Angelina and the kids mash the potatoes and whip up some cranberry sauce. We wonder if BFFs George and Amal Clooney scored an invite to the Pitt-Jolie Thanksgiving celebration...
"Brangelina" famously met 10 years ago on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith and we've been obsessing over every detail of their romance since. The duo finally tied the knot a little over a year ago in an intimate ceremony at their French estate. The wedding was a total family affair with each of their six kids playing a crucial role in the ceremony. Reportedly Maddox, 14, and Pax, 11, walked Jolie down the aisle while Zahara, 10, and Vivienne, 7, were the flower girls and Shiloh, 9, and Knox, 7, stepped up as the ring bearers.
The kids were involved in more than just the ceremony— they helped make sure Jolie's dress was truly one-of-a-kind. The nontraditional bride wore a custom Versace wedding dress with a twist, Luigi Massi, the master tailor at Atelier Versace, sewed designs from all the children into Jolie's dress and veil. Yup, you read that right, Jolie's something borrowed was colorful drawings from her children. We can't think of a dress made with more love.
Having a family centric wedding makes total sense for these two; they are constantly gushing over their Brady Bunch sized crew. "Maddox and all my kids are so warm and they take on more than anyone could understand, more than I could ever understand," the actor told Us Weekly. "They absorb so much, and I love watching all my children grow and learn. And of course my wife is amazing, and I love watching her teach and grow with our kids as well, I really mean that."
We are totally swooning over Pitt right now and know the Jolie-PittThanksgiving will be one for the books. I mean is there anything better than a belly full of turkey and a house full of love?
