One of the most drool-worthy gowns to come into the office recently was the huge three-piece Lela Rose dress that was photographed for the opening page of "New Directions" in the March 2011 issue of BRIDES. With layer upon layer of silk-organza tiers and its heavy, embellished belt, it was simply to die for. (But this gorgeous gown did come at a cost—transporting that wide skirt in and out of garment bags was a feat in itself. Whoa!) The entire fashion department was also totally obsessed with the jeweled bib necklaces by Ranjana Khan that we paired with each of the story's statement-making dresses—such a chic, easy way to incorporate major texture into any wedding look.
