Even if you and your groom aren't Broadway fanatics, you can't deny the appeal of some timeless tunes that got their start on the Great White Way. From fun reception songs that'll get even your grandparents on the dance floor to classic selections for a first dance, there are practically too many to choose from to make a manageable Spotify playlist. But out of love for show tunes (and weddings, of course) we did! We selected 20 of the finest Broadway songs for you to incorporate into your wedding for an applause-worthy playlist.

For starters, there are all of those love ballads that are practically made for your first spin on the dance floor with your new husband. To name a few: "The Music of the Night" from The Phantom of the Opera, "I'll Cover You" from RENT, "Till There Was You" from The Music Man, and "Can You Feel The Love Tonight?" from The Lion King are just a few favorites. They're infused with romantic lyrics and messages any couple can relate to.

As for party tunes, there are plenty. Grease, of course, is filled with them. "Summer Nights" is just one of many to choose from. We also love "Time Warp" from The Rocky Horror Show, "You Can't Stop the Beat" from Hairspray, "Dancing Queen" from Mamma Mia!, and, naturally, "It's Your Wedding Day" from The Wedding Singer.

Sure, they're sometimes cheesy and often a little dramatic, but that's the beauty of show tunes! Take a listen to this fabulous playlist and we guarantee you'll find your new favorite wedding song.
