1. Drink water.
And then drink a lot more water — it's the best way to combat dry air. Their rule of thumb? Consume three liters for an eight-hour flight.
2. Go for the fresh-faced look.
Layers of foundation and powder can look cake-y after a while, so these savvy girls concentrate on perfecting their skincare regimens instead. For daytime (or flying time, rather), they stick to a bit of concealer and blush, and rely on face masks at night. Their favorites?
