Ayesha Curry knows exactly how to make her husband feel special on his big day.
She took to Instagram to wish her husband, star NBA basketball player Stephen Curry, a happy 30th birthday on March 14 with the sweetest message.
“Happy 30th birthday to the love of my life. You are a blessing to me and everyone around you! Best father, best husband. Best darn everything!!!!!” wrote Ayesha on the photo of her hubby carrying their two daughters Riley, 5, and Ryan, 2. “I’ve watched you go through your entire 20’s with grace, honor, respectability, humility and a God fearing love that is to be admired. I cannot wait to see what your 30’s have in store for you. The best has yet to come my darling. If you can even believe it. I Love you old man!!!!!!!!
Enjoy your Jersey year chooch.”
She followed the message by three kissy emojis, seven heart eyes, one pair of praise hands and three claps, to really express just how much he means to her.
The Food Network chef took to Instagram stories to share how they spent their day. She gave her fans a quick recipe for how to make one of her husband's favorite meals—salmon sandwiches with a side of fries.
This might seem like a low-key way to celebrate, but after the epic surprise party Ayesha pulled off along with his Golden State Warriors teammates, everyone was in recovery mode. The birthday boy arrived on a yacht to the party, which went off without a hitch on Monday night. He was greeted by family and friends for a night of singing, dancing and all around rabble rousing!
The magic of the night was not lost on Curry; "I don’t even know what to say about last night," he wrote on Instagram. "Thank you @ayeshacurry for bringing this to life and helping me celebrate the 30th in the best way...with my family, friends, teammates, and errybody else! S/O @lecrae @paramore @e40 @devontee_woe for making the time to turn the vibe all the way up! #dirty30 #30turns30."
In addition to musical guest Paramore leading “Happy Birthday,” Steph jumped in to serenade his wife—who planned all this while expecting their third child—with the Temptations' “My Girl.”
The party was so epic, practice was cancelled the next day for the Warriors. The hostess and wife of the year awards officially go to Ayesha.
