Following the sad news of Audrina Patridge and Corey Bohan's separation, the former Hills alum revealed her wedding rings are missing and her estranged husband changed the locks to their family home. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Patridge returned home on Friday, October 6, 2017, with an officer from the Irvine, California, police department to gather toys and clothing for the estranged couple's daughter, Kirra. However, when the former reality star arrived, her regular as well as spare keys did not work on the doors to her house.
When Patridge called a locksmith, it was revealed that Bohan allegedly had the locks to their home and mailbox changed. When Patridge finally gained access to her house, she found that her "closet drawers were ransacked" and her "wedding rings were missing from [her] ring holder," the documents claimed.
If you thought it couldn't get any worse, Bohan has requested spousal support from Patridge, and has asked the Orange County Superior Court to terminate the ability for him to pay spousal support to the former reality star. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, he's also requested joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 16-month-old daughter. Additionally, Bohan requests that Patridge pay for all court and attorney fees.
In late September 2017, the former Hills star filed for divorce following a series of incidents of domestic abuse; Patridge was later granted a temporary restraining order. According to the restraining order request, Bohan harassed Patridge in their home in early September. "Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce," the professional BMX biker reportedly told Patridge, who was holding their 15-month-old daughter at the time. She filed a report of the incident with the police, and child protective services visited the house on September 15. The court documents show that Patridge, 32, decided to file the restraining order after Bohan, 35, crashed a beauty panel in which she was participating over the weekend and started verbally harassing her about Kirra's whereabouts. "I was shaking at this point," Patridge reportedly noted in the documents.
In a separate report from Us Weekly, documents revealed that the Hills alum claimed Bohan became violent with her on several different occasions and has become "increasingly possessive, angry, agitated, and jealous" over her travel schedule. "His aggressive behavior usually escalates whenever I am paying attention to work obligations rather than to him," Patridge claimed. "When we are apart he texts me obsessively, rattling my nerves and making it difficult for me to concentrate on my work commitments."
Patridge and Bohan, who began dating in 2008, were engaged in November 2015. The couple welcomed daughter Kirra in June 2016 and, shortly after, married during a low-key ceremony in Hawaii in November 2016.
