Bachelor Nation fans have been in-the-know regarding Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon's engagement since June, but the couple's adorable on-screen proposal finally aired on Monday night's episode of Bachelor in Paradise (the place that started it all!). In true ABC fashion, the couple's beach engagement unsurprisingly featured a crying Ashley, a Neil Lane ring, Chris Harrison eagerly waiting/watching nearby, and a little drama courtesy of the future bride's ex-boyfriend, Kevin.
In honor of Ashley and Jared's proposal hitting the small screen for our viewing pleasure, the couple recently played a round of "Most Likely To..." as a teaser for their upcoming wedding. In a video with E! News, the lovebirds placed their bets on their Bachelor Nation friends' future wedding superlatives, including Most Likely to Get the Drunkest. They bestowed this specific honor upon...drum roll, please...JJ Lane, Jared's fellow Bachelorette season 11 contestant.
As for Most Likely to Officiate, another Bachelor in Paradise alum, Tanner Tolbert, has already officially been selected for the task. But, this may not be his only wedding day duty. When asked who would assume the roles of best man and maid of honor, Ashley pegged Tanner and his wife, Jade Roper, as their respective potential bridal party members. Tanner will have his hands full on the big day, to say the least, if he does actually take on both jobs!
Ben Higgins and Shawn Booth, both who also had their shots at love on the ABC franchise, were elected for Speech That Would Make You Cry the Most, whereas Tanner takes the cake yet again with Speech That Would Make You Laugh the Most. Bachelor season 21 star Nick Viall is apparently most likely to wow everyone with his dancing skills, largely due in part to his Dancing with the Stars stint and impressive roller skating capabilities (who knew!?). Ashley joked that her own fiancé would be Most Embarrassing Dancer, but the couple both agreed that Evan Bass, who also met his current wife, Carly Waddell, on Paradise, would steal Jared's horrible dancing thunder.
Even some tiny Bachelor Nation members may have a role. Jade and Tanner's daughter, Emmy, and Carly and Evan's child, Bella, will likely be the flower girls. "The ring bearer is going to have to be a girl," Ashley joked.
When asked who would take the most photos, Ashley felt inspired (...and also nominated herself). "I want to have digital cameras at each table and have everybody chuck their phones," she said. "I kind of want no phones allowed at the wedding. Let the photographers do what they have to do and just focus on the day."
We can't wait to see which of Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon's Bachelor Nation predictions come true, especially who will tear up the dance floor (we're rooting for you, Nick).
