While there's no new information on the wedding dress, date, or location front, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's children are busy planning their A-list parents' much-awaited wedding for them. And let us tell you, these six celebrity kids are nothing short of imaginative.
In the latest issue of People, the Maleficent star explains how her kids are very active in the planning process. "They will, in a way, be the wedding planners," she said of Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne.
So what's the décor theme? Something unexpected to say the least. "We are discussing it with the children and how they imagine it might be," Jolie told People. "Which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding. It's going to be Disney or paintball — one or the other!"
She also said of her relationship with fiancé Pitt: "You're not lovers or boyfriend and girlfriend as much as you are a family."
This isn't the first time she's opened up about her 10-year relationship (and engagement of two years). In the June issue of Elle, the celeb and humanitarian revealed that she and Pitt "drive each other beautifully crazy."
She also divulged more personal details, saying, "I never thought I'd have children, I never thought I'd be in love, I never thought I'd meet the right person," Jolie said. "Having come from a broken home you kind of accept that certain things feel like a fairy tale, and you don't look for them."
And they're not just family, they're friends too: "After all these years, we have history — and when you have history with somebody, you're friends in such a very real, deep way that there's such a comfort, and an ease, and a deep love that comes from having been through quite a lot together."
Could all of these recent sentimental statements in the press mean Jolie and Pitt are finally headed towards the altar? We hope so!
