Forget butterflies. Tennis star Andy Murray says he has no doubts when it comes to marrying longtime girlfriend and fiancée Kim Sears.
In an interview with BBC Sports, the 27-year-old Scottish athlete said, "I am actually not nervous about getting married because we've been together like nine-and-a-half years, and we've lived together for six or seven years as well. So I don't think a whole lot's going to change. I kind of feel like we have been married already in terms of the way we spend our lives together and live together."
The one thing that did have the groom-to-be a little flustered? Choosing a best man! Murray, a 2012 Olympic gold medalist and 2013 Wimbledon champion, copped to selecting three men as "best men."
"It is very, very difficult to choose one," he explained to BBC Sports. "[Sears] was like 'go on, pick one', but I said no. Picking one was a very difficult thing to do because I had three guys that were clearly my three best friends and I would like all them to be involved in some way."
He selected his brother, a fellow tennis player and friend from Barcelona to stand beside him. "Kim has four bridesmaids and no maid of honor and I was saying, 'Imagine you had to pick one of your four best friends you've had since you were at school,'" Murray said.
Murray popped the question to Sears, also 27, in November 2014. They're set to marry in three weeks, on April 11, at Scotland's Cromlix House hotel, which Murray owns, according to Us Weekly.
