It's about time! Amy Adams married fiancé Darren LeGallo after a seven-year long engagement! Yes, a seven-year engagement (there must be a record somewhere that they've broken with that engagement length!).
The couple said "I do" in a small ceremony in California, E! News reports, with the Oscar-nominated bride walking down the aisle in a Marchesa gown. No further details have emerged other than the small celebration including just their nearest and dearest friends and family.
Engaged since 2008, the happy couple, who have been together for 14 years total, have continually pushed back their marriage due to Adam's skyrocketing career. Most recently the star of the Oscar-nominated film Big Eyes, Adams admitted that every time she attempted to plan a wedding she had to work on a film.
In 2014 Adams told Vanity Fair: "I'm not getting married anytime soon," she mentioned after being engaged for five years at the time. "I know he's completely capable and lovely, and beautiful, and offers something I could never hope to offer just in the nature of his being," she said of LeGallo. "We both have a very specific idea that we want to do this [the ceremony] in spring or fall, like in those months, but every time I'm busy working. I want something very family-oriented and laid-back."
We're sure that no matter what they did, their soon-to-be five-year-old daughter Aviana was involved (we want pictures, please!).
