From Beyoncé to Amal, it's getting hard to keep track of all the celebrities who are pregnant right now. Another expectant star we're so excited for? Amanda Seyfried! (Although she hasn't mentioned anything about twins.) The actress announced her pregnancy in late November, when she debuted her baby bump at a Givenchy event. And now, three months later, Seyfried and fiancé Thomas Sadoski have stepped out on another red carpet to show off her growing baby bump. The couple attended the premiere of Bleecker Street Media's film The Last Word in Hollywood on Wednesday and posed for a few photos on the red carpet.
Seyfried and Sadoski, who both appear in the The Last Word, got engaged in September. The film also stars Shirley MacLaine, who plays a businesswoman named Harriet. Seyfried portrays a newspaper's obituary writer tasked with writing Harriet's obituary before she dies. The two actresses looked happy to reunite on the red carpet, where they found a few minutes to smile for the cameras together, and MacLaine of course jumped at the opportunity to feel Seyfried's growing belly for rogue kicks.
Seyfried rocked a gorgeous ensemble that beautifully framed her baby bump. The sheer black outfit was covered with a few large blue flowers on top and smaller ones on the bottom half, contrasting nicely with the white step-and-repeat, helping her show off her bump. She paired the outfit with simple strappy black heels, red lipstick, a half-up do, and dangling earrings.
And Seyfried seems to be having quite the interesting pregnancy. A few months ago, she claimed that carrying a baby has given her the ability to smell electricity. "I swear to God I can smell the TV," Seyfried said. "There’s this staticky, metal-y scent. Do you know what I’m talking about?" An ob-gyn confirmed with Self that a heightened sense of smell during pregnancy actually is a thing, although smelling electricity isn't typically reported. We guess this just means Seyfried is going to be a supermom.
