Listen up, submissives and dominants alike! The relentless dominion of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele is coming for us all with an "immersive" pop-up installation in West Hollywood.
Just a week before Fifty Shades Freed—the final chapter in the kinky love story from E.L. James you love to hate or hate to love—penetrates theaters on Feb. 9, fans are invited to experience the world in real life. Guests will wander through "six artfully designed rooms inspired by the Fifty Shades phenomenon" in order to appreciate custom art pieces, along with costumes and props from the films.
And here's the sexiest talk of all: it's free.
According to the release from Universal Pictures, the event cost nothing for the public to enjoy from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Feb 2-4).
Will there actually be a completely rendered remodeling of the Red Room of Pain? Can you touch any of the things that Jamie Dornan aka Mr. Grey himself has touched? Are there "I Survived The Fifty Shades Experience" t-shirts available for purchase at the end!? Unfortunately, we have no idea at this point, as most of the details are being kept under covers. (Sly wink) But for the Jack Hydes of the world who can't let an obsession go, you can visit the "Fifty Shades Brought to Life" website to sign up for instant messaging as soon as time slots become available for pre-registration.
If you can't make it to the west coast next month, but are not to be denied your Fifty fix, here's the Fifty Shades Freed trailer for you to watch on repeat instead:
Plus, here's an article about how to talk to your partner about trying bringing some of the BDSM stuff you saw above into your own bedroom. Aaaaaand, that's our cue! Laters, baby!
