She has worked in the media industry for nine years. She last focused on the home and lifestyle space as the editor of Lonny Magazine.
She has previously written for publications including Martha Stewart Weddings, The Hollywood Reporter, and Los Angeles Magazine.

Experience

Before joining Brides in 2021, Shelby was the editor at Lonny Magazine, a home and lifestyle digital publication. During those five years, she learned about all things design, crafted her personal aesthetic, and became a representative for the brand within the home industry and on social channels.

However, Brides isn’t Shelby’s first foray into the wedding space. She was previously a digital producer, freelance writer, and editorial intern at Martha Stewart Weddings. She also worked as an intern at The Hollywood Reporter and Los Angeles Magazine. A Southern California native, Shelby now resides in Brooklyn, New York.
