New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft Is Married to Dana Blumberg

Robert Kraft is a married man! The New England Patriots owner said “I do” to Dana Blumberg on Friday, October 14, 2022 in a surprise ceremony at the Hall des Lumières in New York City, People confirms. 

Kraft invited about 250 guests to a “Kickoff and a Touchdown” party with festive attire, but he never specified that the soirée was actually his big day, according to Page Six. “Most of the people didn’t know it was a wedding celebration,” a source told People. “We thought it was a party, and then, when we went upstairs, a screen opened and Robert and Dana came out. She was in a wedding dress, and Elton John announced them as husband and wife.” 

The source also mentioned that Meek Mill performed a song he wrote for the couple, and Ed Sheeran sang as backup. During the festivities, caviar, Reubens, pigs in a blanket, and knishes abounded, the source recalled.

Although it’s unclear when the couple actually tied the knot, Page Six reported said the couple showed a 10-minute video before NFL commentator Al Michaels introduced them to the crowd as husband and wife.

The event was a star-studded affair with celebrities, such as Tom Brady, Jon Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver in attendance, according to Page Six. 

The duo started dating in 2019, and they made their first public appearance at the French Open that June. In March 2022, designer Tommy Hilfiger announced the pair’s engagement. This is the NFL owner’s second marriage since he was previously married to Myra Kraft until 2011, when she died of cancer.
