Radio Host Taylor Strecker Is Engaged—and her "Vanderpump Rules" Friends Couldn't Be Happier

Taylor Strecker is engaged! The podcaster/radio host and her long-time girlfriend Taylor Donohue both got down on one knee to pop the question. Yes, they took turns proposing and have the pictures as proof.

Strecker took to Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 11, to share the special moment with the caption, “She said YES...and so did I (And yes we did a wardrobe change)”

The Taylors’ friends, including Vanderpump Rules stars Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, and Lala Kent, left supportive comments congratulating the couple on their engagement.

“Congrats ladies!!!” Jax Taylor wrote. “This is amazing! @taylorstrecker @taylordonohue” Expectant mother Kent also showed her support writing, “I’m so happy for y’all!!!”

The couple also posted pictures of their beautiful (almost matching) rings. They both opted for simple gold bands and settings. Strecker’s ring features a round diamond while Donohue’s is square-cut.

Strecker has been very open on both her podcast “Taste of Taylor” and radio show “The Taylor Strecker Show” about her sexuality. The Taylors have been together since around 2015 after Strecker’s 5-year long marriage to her ex-husband ended. The two started as best friends and quickly realized it was more than a friendship.

In a 2016 interview with Women'sHealthMag.com, Strecker opened up about discovering her feelings for Donohue and coming out to her listeners on her shows. “It took me a while, and it was definitely the scariest moment of my life, hands down,” she said. “But when I finally did it, it was such an incredible relief to finally say it.”
