Nicole Kidder focused much of her career on exploring the stories and cultural traditions of different communities. She was a freelance writer for ColorsNW Magazine, a publication specializing on issues important to communities of color, before working her way up to become the editor-in-chief. She went on to work as a wedding traditions expert for, where she wrote content aimed at helping couples plan weddings that incorporate customs of their cultures. Her writing now appears on Brides.


Nicole graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in sociology.
