Lindsey Vonn and P.K. Subban have been engaged for a few months now, but that didn't stop Vonn from popping the question again. On Christmas, she surprised her hockey player fiancé by asking him to marry her—a feminist act that makes Vonn the coolest bride-to-be of 2019.

"Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone," wrote Vonn on Instagram. "On our 2 year anniversary I returned the favor and asked PK to marry me... and he said yes ☺️ We talk about equality but actions speak louder than words. Men should get engagement rings too and this is what PK deserves. Can’t wait to marry you babe." Based on the photos, Vonn recruited the help of the pair's dogs to pop the question.

Wearing matching striped pajamas, Vonn presented her future husband with an engagement ring of his own: a presumably silver band with a blue sapphire in the center. Vonn proudly displayed Subban's new accessory on her Instagram story, writing, "Drip drip."

Subban first proposed to Vonn in August after over a year of dating. For her engagement ring, Vonn wears an emerald shipped from Colombia.
