New Lazaro Wedding Dresses, Plus Past Collections

Lazaro Perez is the designer behind his eponymous label, Lazaro, and bridge collection, Tara Keely. Originally from Cuba, Lazaro began his career as a pattern-maker designing for a couture bridal shop in Chicago. In 1994, Joe Murphy, JLM Couture president and CEO, brought Lazaro into the JLM group known for housing award-winning labels such as Hayley Paige and Allison Webb.

The décolletage was a highlight at Lazaro's Fall 2019 collection with deep necklines, illusion bodices, and decadent scalloped cuts. In typical Lazaro fashion, the pieces were opulent with luxe fabrics and intricate embroidery as well as romantic with layers of tulle. This season was especially high-shine with jeweled buckles, bedazzled straps, and sparkly fabrics.
