Wearing multiple looks on your wedding day is increasingly popular, and even the royals are jumping on the trend. Princess Diana's niece, Lady Kitty Spencer, just wore five (!) different handcrafted gowns for her wedding to South African businessman Michael Lewis.

The fashion model, who is the daughter of the late Princess Di's brother, Earl Spencer, is a global ambassador for luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, so it's no surprise that the designers hooked her up with some of the most gorgeous, intricately designed, and feminine ballgowns for the momentous occasion. As you may expect of a royal adjacent and multi-millionaire, the nuptials were a spectacular event filled with even lavish, over-the-top looks.

Dress One

For the actual ceremony, Kitty wore a custom Victorian-inspired, high-neck gown crafted from lace, complete with a bustier-style midsection that flowed into a full skirt, long sleeves, and dramatic puffed shoulders. She paired the dress with white pointy-toed heels and a long lace-trimmed veil.

“Kitty is in love with our beautiful country and its rich history, art, and culture,” Domenico Dolce told Tatler, with Stefano Gabbana adding, “But she is also a girl who is very attached to her origins, to England; to her heritage of the great Victorian era. And like all the English people, she has a great passion for all kinds of flowers.”

Dress Two

The dreamy ceremony dress was just one of the “exclusive hand-made gowns” that Kitty stunned in over the weekend. On the night before the wedding, Kitty wore a baby blue tulle dress with a corset bodice with visible boning, a full skirt, and a floor-length tulle cape, all embroidered with pink floral accents. This look was paired with an exquisite necklace and earrings, while her hair was swept into a low bun and adorned with flowers.

Dress Three

After the nuptials, she changed into a stunning silk ballgown hand-painted to depict an eye-catching floral design with crystals.

In two montages capturing the extravagant day—which took place at the picturesque Villa Aldobrandini near Rome—Dolce & Gabbana shared a glimpse at two more stunning dresses that the model wore: an ivory lace gown adorned with flower fixtures and crystals and a completely beaded and gold and silver dress, which she could be seen dancing in during one of the videos.

Her father Earl was not in attendance to walk her down the aisle, so her brothers, Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, and Samuel Aitken, did the honors of escorting their sister to meet her now-husband at the altar.

While her wedding day attire seemingly had everything a bride could dream of, she was missing one important family heirloom: the famous Spencer Tiara worn by her aunt Prince Diana for her wedding to Prince Charles. Instead, she opted for intricate headpieces and flower crowns that each perfectly complimented the respective gown.
