Keri Bridgwater is a freelance writer specializing in travel stories, destination guides, hotel news, and profiles. Originally from England, she worked for magazines, agencies, and publishers in Sweden, New Zealand, and Colorado before moving to San Diego over a decade ago. Since making the jump to travel in 2018, Keri has written about everything from Icelandic horses and how to spend a day on Lantau Island in Hong Kong to five of the best boutique hotels in Jamaica, plus Phuket reopening to tourists during the pandemic.

Education

Keri graduated from Leeds Arts University, England with a degree in Media Communications. She also completed a program in Digital Journalism at Malmö University in Malmö, Sweden.
