Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin officially tied the knot for the second time at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina over the weekend. The celebration, which took place in front of 154 of their family members and friends, came one year after the couple first got married in secret at a New York City courthouse. On Monday, just one day after the big event, Bieber posted the first images from the wedding, which appear to have been taken inside of a photobooth.
According to sources who spoke to People, guests included close friends of the newlyweds, such as Kendall Jenner, Camila Morrone, and Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun. Bieber and Baldwin exchanged vows at Somerset Chapel and then moved into a cocktail hour and a reception that featured a performance by Grammy winner Daniel Caesar.
The photos appear to have been taken during the party portion of the evening, and they show the couple kissing and making funny faces. Bieber captioned them, "My bride is" and ended with a fire emoji. The images offer a look at their wedding outfits: Bieber is in a white tux and a black bow tie, while Baldwin is wearing a white halter. She had previously said her dress was "off-white," but it's unclear if she changed for the reception. For added sparkle, Baldwin accessorized with Tiffany & Co. diamond stud earrings of over 5 carats.
Fans had been anticipating the Bieber and Baldwin nuptials since they revealed they were engaged. After their private ceremony, they postponed a bigger celebration a few times, but seem to have gone into full planning mode earlier this year.
“Hailey is mostly involved in the planning,” a source previously told People. “Justin lets her take the lead. He jokes that life is better when Hailey is in charge.”
More details about the event are likely to emerge in the next few days, but until then, here's everything we do know so far.
