"Jeopardy” Champion Amy Schneider Is Married to Genevieve Davis

Congratulations are in order! Jeopardy champion Amy Schneider said “I do” to Genevieve Davis in May 2022. The game show star finally revealed the exciting news on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 with a sweet Instagram post. “Genevieve and I are delighted to announce that on Monday, May 9, we were married in a small private ceremony at the Alameda County Recorder,” Schneider wrote.

In the series of photos she posted, Schneider is wearing a white dress with a pleated skirt and a flower crown. Her wife also sported a floral headpiece along with a lace dress featuring a cold shoulder and fringe accents.

The wedding festivities don’t just stop there for the couple. The champion also announced their upcoming plans to throw a traditional wedding and reception in summer 2023. “Our lives have been much too busy this year to get very far in planning it, and we couldn't wait that long to proclaim our love and commitment to each other,” Schneider explained in her Instagram post.

The game show star also took to Twitter to share more details about the big day. “A year ago today, I was in [Los Angeles], waiting to fulfill a dream,” she said. “The year since has been full of good days, but by far the best one was May 9th, when Genevieve and I got married. Without her, none of the other good days would have happened. I’m so lucky to share my life with her!”

Schneider announced her engagement to Davis in February 2022 along with a photo of her stunning rock. “She said yes!” Schneider gushed. “Well, actually I said yes, but then I wanted to propose too, so she said yes as well lol. I couldn't be happier or more proud to be marrying the very best person in the entire world, and I'm so glad to be sharing my life with her. It's great to be able to introduce her to people as 'Genevieve, my fiancée' 🥰🥰🥰.”

The duo first met in summer 2020 through the boyfriend of one of Schneider's friends. We’re so thrilled for them!
