A year has passed since Hailey Baldwin officially claimed the title of Mrs. Bieber, but that doesn't mean it's too late for a proper celebration! After much anticipation and speculation, the Baldwin-Bieber wedding bash is finally happening. Because the couple has a talent for keeping things private, here is everything we know about their second wedding so far—which could be happening as early as tonight!
Despite having roots in Canada, New York and Los Angeles, the Biebers have opted to tie the knot down south. The couple settled on Montage Palmetto Bluff Resort in South Carolina. However, the decision did not come without drama. In an email obtained by TMZ, resort guests were notified that certain parts of the hotel would be off limits during the duration of the wedding. Guests who do decide to brave the A-list nuptials will reportedly receive dinner on the house in an effort to undermine the inconvenience of the high-profile soiree.
The Rehearsal Dinner
On Sunday, September 29, the celebrations kicked off with a rehearsal dinner at a nearby banquet hall. A source told E! News that guests arrived by boat and the candlelit dinner was served along the edge of the water. "There were many string lights hanging and lit candles," said the source. "The dècor was very chic and white."
Baldwin looked very bridal in a short white off-the-shoulder dress. She accessorized with a white bow in her hair and dramatic white Jimmy Choo heels.
The resort offers several ceremony sites but the couple will most likely wed in either the May River Chapel or the Somerset Chapel since they are quite religious. The bride's father, Stephen Baldwin, told TMZ earlier this month that “they’re going to have a lot of their pastor friends and their Christian friends around them this time." He also revealed that he has the honor of walking his daughter down the aisle. “My only job is just walking my princess down the aisle,” he said.
The Guest List
Of course, an A-list wedding wouldn't be without an A-list guest list. In addition to the supermodel's famous family (like her dad Stephen Baldwin and her uncle Alec Baldwin), famous friends like Kendall Jenner, Joan Smalls, Justine Skye and Scooter Braun have all been spotted at the resort.
Perhaps the most anticipated detail of the entire affair is exactly what Baldwin will wear down the aisle. During her "73 Questions" with Vogue in February, the bride revealed that she opted for a nontraditional look. “I can’t say much but it’s kind of an off-white color,” she shared.
Even though Baldwin hasn't been a bachelorette for the past year, her friend's still threw her a proper party ahead of the wedding weekend. Baldwin was joined by her sister Alaia Baldwin, her best friend Kendall Jenner and more for a few days of typical bachelorette party fun in Los Angeles.
While their marriage might be old news, their wedding is finally here and we are counting down the hours till they tie the knot—again!
