Yoga seeks to unite the body, mind, and spirit. It’s also one of the best stress-busting workouts for brides. As the popularity of this ancient practice grows, innovative offerings are popping up at hotels around the world. Even if you aren’t into traditional asana, you’ve got to admit that Aroma Flow and Aqua Vida sounds pretty awesome.

In celebration of National Yoga Month, we are rounding up the coolest classes from Arizona to the Maldives.

Fans of backhands and Bālāsana will love Swing Salutation, the latest wellness program at Park Hyatt Aviara. The 90-minute experience splits time between yoga and tennis. It starts with intention setting and stretching, followed by swing techniques and targeted strengthening exercises. Mats, rackets, balls, and H20 are all included.

AKA University City is home to Level 28, a members-only lifestyle club that’s also accessible to hotel guests. Its crown jewel is a 75-foot infinity pool with commanding views of the Philadelphia skyline. At sunset, yogis mount stand-up paddle boards for core-strengthening Aqua Vida.
