Maple Manhattan

"If you're a fan of old-fashioned cocktails, try this riff on a classic manhattan. Maple syrup adds a touch of sweetness."

Combine 2½ oz. bourbon, ½ oz. maple syrup, a dash of sweet vermouth, and ice; stir. Strain and pour into a glass; garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add 1½ oz. vodka, 1 oz. Cointreau, ½ oz. Benedictine, 1 oz. blood-orange puree, and ½ oz. lemon juice. Cover and shake until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an edible silver leaf.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add 3 tbsp. each pineapple juice and orange juice, 2 tbsp. each white rum and coconut rum, and 1 tbsp. each banana liqueur and blackberry brandy. Cover and shake until cold. Fill a glass with ice; add a dash of grenadine and the strained cocktail mixture. Garnish with orange slices and cherries.

Cover and shake until very cold. Pour into a salt-rimmed glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
