Using Pantone's Spring 2018 Color Report to Liven Up Your Registry

The best registry products in the trendiest colors for spring

Updated 09/28/17

Twice a year, the Pantone Color Institute releases a color trend report ahead of New York Fashion Week predicting the 12 colors they expect to be seeing on the runways and trending for the upcoming season. This year—for the first time—they also added four classics for spring in addition to their top 12 standouts. And they certainly do stand out!

The Pantone Color Institute's Executive Director, Leatrice Eiseman, says, “As consumers continue to embrace color, designers are recognizing the need to show more color in their collections...Along with this recognized freedom to explore and experiment with more color, experts at the Pantone Color Institute note that fashion, and the people who interact with it, no longer want to limit themselves by following traditional color guidelines.”

Needless to say, whatever trends are happening in the fashion world are bound to trickle down to interiors and other facets of design. When you’re staring into the void (AKA an empty registry list) consider playing with color! We know, neutrals are safe and classic blah blah blah but we think even just touches of color is a good way to have a little fun with your decorating. So, here they are folks: the 16 hot colors for Spring 2018, and yes, we found a registry product for each and every one!
