Forget the white wedding dress—we’re going gaga over glittering gold gowns. Where white is traditional, red is dramatic, and millennial pink and baby blue are trendy, showstopping gold will make you feel like a straight-up queen. It has to be one of our favorite alternative bridal looks; less commonly worn on the big day and boasting a decadent hue, it's a bit more special than a white dress, don’t you think? If you don’t believe us, just take a look at how regal these dazzling brides looked. From gilded embellishments and metallic shine to gold lace and head-to-toe sequins, these ladies were dipped in gold.
