From Sofia Vergara's super-sexy Roberto Cavalli strapless dress and Allison Williams's princess-worthy Giambattista Valli Couture number to Julianne Hough's DSquared2 bow-accented look and Taylor Schilling's slinky Zuhair Murad gown, stars skewed bridal in the most unexpected, yet stylish ways.
And though white was the color of the night, each star tried the trend in a different way: Embellishment was on high for the ladies who love glitz like Gwen Stefani and our former cover girl Hayden Panettiere, while Kristen Wiig and Michelle Monaghan rocked white dresses with thigh-high slits. Contemplating walking down the aisle in a non-white look? Look to Kaley Cuoco's frothy pink Monique Lhuillier creation, Taryn Manning's retro-inspired gold gown and Sarah Hyland's Christian Siriano look featuring a white crop top and statement-making coral skirt for ideas.
One thing was for sure — all of the stars managed to stand out which reminded us of every bride's aim on her special day. Let's only hope that this penchant for white gowns continues well into 2015 — if only to serve as inspiration for those ladies who are tying the knot next year.
