If you're craving cheese, pasta, and pizza (or all three), try this newly remodeled restaurant in the Italy pavilion at Epcot. I'm addicted to the fior di latte mozzarella, made fresh every day, with roasted red peppers, sea salt, and olive oil, and the gorgeous cuts of prosciutto di Parma. Dinner for two, $150.
If you want something a little more casual, try the new Tutto Gusto wine bar next door. Clubby and rustic, all brick, stone, and wood beams, the bar is perfect for happy hour. Order several small plates (marinated artichokes, bruschetta, cured olives) and pick from 200 types of fabulous Italian wines, starting at $7 a glass. (We loved the langhe nebbiolo.)
