I got married about a year and a half ago, but that has not stopped me from continuing the hunt for the perfect dress—despite the fact that I found my perfect dress already, and I would literally have nowhere to wear another one. I’ll never be able to resist the allure of bridal fashion.
This season, I was particularly thrilled with suiting options, colorful accents, and shorter (but not mini) lengths. These were some of my favorite looks, and the ones that have me wishing I could get married all over again.

I can’t resist embroidery and a flash of color in a bridal gown. This one is classic and romantic but still has just the right amount of the unexpected. It makes me wish I could get married all over again. (Wedding dress by Carolina Herrera)

The pearl detailing along the neckline and sleeves of this dress are so gorgeous—but it’s not overly feminine or too “bridal,” if that’s not your thing. This would make for the most stunning wedding dress. (Wedding dress by Lela Rose)

As far as princess dresses go, it doesn’t get any better than this. I never thought I would say this, but I love the floral crown. (Wedding dress by Reem Acra)

I’ve always been a fan of not-exactly-floor-length wedding dresses that aren’t too cropped or ‘50s themed either, and this one ticks all my boxes. I love the romantic tulle and the embroidery but also the fact that if you wore this dress, you wouldn’t be dragging it around you all night. It feels totally fantastical but also somehow practical.
