Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Royale

1 oz Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka

1/2 oz crème de cassis

Champagne

Combine Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka and crème de cassis in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top off with chilled Champagne.

Berri Christmas

1 part Absolut Berri Açaí

5 blueberries

1 part fresh lime juice

1 part simple syrup

4 parts Perrier-Jouët NV Champagne

Muddle blueberries in mixing glass. Add Absolut Berri Açaí, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with chilled Perrier-Jouët NV Champagne. Garnish with 3 blueberries skewered on a stick.

Cherry Berry Delight

1 oz SKYY Infusions Cherry Vodka

2 tbsp raspberry preserves

4-5 frozen raspberries

Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne

Gently muddle the raspberry preserves and frozen raspberries with SKYY Infusions Cherry Vodka in a mixing pint. Add ice and shake. Strain into two Champagne flutes and top both glasses with Champagne. Garnish with lemon zest.

2 dashes peach bitters

Champagne

1 sugar cube (white)

Combine sugar cube, peach bitters, and Absolut Apeach in a Champagne glass. Top off with Champagne.

1 part Corzo Silver

1/2 part vanilla cognac

Champagne

Pour ingredients into a chilled Champagne glass. Garnish with raspberries.

Winter Quiver

1 oz SKYY Infusions Cherry Vodka

1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

4 frozen Bing cherries or 1/2 pomegranate (seeded)

Splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne

Gently muddle the Bing cherries or pomegranate with SKYY Infusions Cherry Vodka in a mixing pint. Add ice, Maraschino Liqueur, and lemon juice and shake. Strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne. Garnish with lemon zest.

Pear, Poire

6 parts Grey Goose La Poire Vodka

1 part fresh lemon juice

2 tsp sugar

1 small ripe pear (peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4-inch slices)

1 bottle sparkling wine

Crystallized ginger for garnish

In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, sugar, pear, and vodka. Stir well to combine until sugar is dissolved. Pour into Champagne flutes, topping each with sparkling wine and crystallized ginger.

Melón Mellini

1 part Bacardi Melón Mellini

3 parts Martini & Rossi Asti

Splash of grenadine

Pour all ingredients into a chilled Champagne flute. Garnish with fresh watermelon slices.

Mount Gay Flyer

1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Silver

1 tbsp lime juice

1/2 tsp simple syrup

Sparkling wine

Combine the Mount Gay Silver, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a chilled white wine glass and top with sparkling wine.

Pomegranate Poinsettia

1 oz PAMA pomegranate liqueur

1 oz Cointreau liqueur

1 oz orange juice

3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine

Orange zest

Mix first three ingredients in a tumbler with ice. Slowly add Champagne, stirring gently. Rim a flute glass with orange zest. Strain into glass.

Sake Sunrise

2 oz TY KU Sake

1 oz orange juice

Splash of Champagne

Shake the first two ingredients over ice and strain into a fluted glass. Top off with chilled Champagne.
