Stylist Tabatha Coffey's favorite pick: Victoria Beckham

Love the look: I love this short, textured pixie. It still has versatility and femininity, and the texture keeps it modern and fresh.

Get the look: The key to this look is the texture of the haircut. When blow-drying the hair, use fingers. The best products for this look are a lightweight pomade or texture cream that will accentuate the texture and separation of the style.

Stylist Ken Paves' favorite pick: Eva Longoria Parker

Love the look: There's been so much talk about the short cut I gave Eva. I wanted to create something über-glamorous and show that short hair can still be sexy!

Get the look: When creating wavier styles, it is best to begin on naturally air-dried hair since it will hold the shape better. Apply Ken Paves Healthy Hair Volumizing Spray for extra hold and movement. Start with a one-inch curling iron and set the hair in small sections, all going back but down toward the face, pinning each section to the head to set the shape. Once the hair is cool, unpin the curls and flip the hair over, spraying it with a finishing spray [like Ken Paves Healthy Hair Strong Hold Shaping Hairspray] from roots while brushing it with a flat brush to create a "fluffy" voluminous shape. After flipping hair back up, spray more finishing spray onto the brush (for control) and brush the hair up and back away from the face, allowing the waves to fall back softly. Eva said she felt so beautiful. I loved it!

Stylist Oscar James' favorite pick: Rihanna

Love the look: I love Rihanna's short cut. It's modern, young and flirty. This look is very versatile as well. It definitely commands attention, and I love a bride who's daring enough to go short for that special occasion. It says a lot since everyone thinks long hair or an updo for weddings.

Get the look: The way to achieve this look is to start with a great cut done by a professional. Apply a great setting lotion like Jane Carter's Wrap and Roll to wet hair and wrap the hair around the head in a circular motion. Sit under a hood dryer until it's dry. Flatiron it under and finish with a great pomade like L’Oréal Nature's Therapy Mega Slick to create texture that will last all night.

Stylist Kim Kimble's favorite pick: Katie Holmes

Love the look: Katie’s hair looks chic because it’s so shiny and healthy—it has a really high-gloss finish to it.

Get the look: Use a great straightening product and a flatiron to give the hair a really shiny and silky look with a lot of movement. Try Kimble Sleek Straightening Serum, which makes hair look like glass.

Stylist Ursula Stephen's favorite pick: Selma Blair

Love the look: I love Selma’s short hair because it is ever-changing. She takes risks, and I love that!

Get the look: Her style requires regular visits to keep the shape of the cut. Someone at home can achieve this look with a great serum or gloss. I recommend using Mizani Spradiance to achieve the high shine and sleek look like Selma’s.

Stylist Dickey's favorite pick: Sharon Stone

Love the look: Sharon Stone’s short crop is a present-day Mia Farrow look (think Dior). There’s nothing more modern and chic than that. This style looks good messy-fussy or smooth and finished, depending on the bride’s mood or idea of chic and formal. Of course, a short crop is about clean fresh hair with minimal product.

Get the look: Try Hair Rules Hydrating Finishing Cream on clean, dry hair for shiny, healthy hair.

Stylist Oscar Blandi's favorite pick: Kelly Ripa

Love the look: Kelly has longer layers framing her heart-shaped face so that it can still be styled and pulled into an updo.

Get the look: Create a dramatic side part and tie hair into an off-center low ponytail. Twist into a slightly messy bun with pieces out of place to create a little texture and bobby-pin the rest in place. Pull the longer layers at the front out to frame the face. I always recommend the Oscar Blandi Jasmine Oil when creating a chignon—it really adds shine for a sleek style. Also, my Lacca hairspray works great for this style to keep the tousled look in place so as to still look polished.

Stylist Frank Galasso's favorite pick: Hilary Swank

Love the look: Although short hair is the look right now, few female actresses have taken the leap. One who comes to mind is Hilary Swank. What I love about this haircut is that it is short, but a lot of attention has been paid to the cut by the stylist by making it soft and detailed.

Get the look: The best way to re-create this look is to choose your hairdresser wisely. Cutting short hair on a female is very different from cutting a man's. Lines need to be softer, and texture needs to be added. Once you have a good cut, use the products that help maintain the look. Right now, I love the Wax Stick from Kimble. This gives hair texture and does not make it greasy; in fact, the hair looks great the next day as well. I would use this product on cuts like Swank’s.
