We won't deny it, a major perk of our job as a Brides editor is being able to live and breathe weddings. And during Bridal Fashion Week, it gets even better! We all have the chance to swoon over the most gorgeous bridal fashions, and help brides everywhere find the perfect dress.
While it was extremely hard to narrow down our choices from the hundreds of dresses that were released, we went with looks that currently spoke to our aesthetics and embraced the trends of today.
Below, our favorite dresses from the Spring 2022 collections.
"Corset bodices are hot right now (thanks Bridgerton?!), and this would be my take on the trend. The airy, feathery skirt and pearl embellishments make the look feel more romantic than sexy...and I think it's perfect for beach vows or a wedding, really, well anywhere." - Anna Price Olson, Associate Editorial Director
"A mesh wedding dress might not be for everyone, but this stunning gown with asymmetrical neckline and exposed legs is what beach ceremonies are made of. I can see summer brides with tropical venues veering in this fun and unexpected direction." - Lindsey Metrus Malhado, Editorial Project Director
"Sign me up for this blazer dress. Brides, please rock this mini at a civil ceremony or rehearsal dinner ASAP." - Anna Price Olson, Associate Editorial Director
"The corset bodice gives this dress Bridgerton vibes, and the climbing flower details keep it fresh. I love the texture that the embroidery adds, plus the lace back with delicate buttons." - Kathryn Vandervalk, Editorial and Strategy Director
"I nearly teared up when I saw this strapless Marchesa ball gown. From the neckline and silhouette, down to the flowy tulle and embroidered 3D petals (a Spring 2022 trend!), this gown is bridal perfection. I am definitely going to try it on for my May 2022 wedding! " - Samantha Netkin, Senior Editor
"This season, Ines Di Santo was inspired by goddesses, which is obvious considering each gown is absolutely heavenly! This dress in particular blew me away. Everything from the plunging neckline to the bridal cape and big bow accent screams 'divine woman!'" - Mariah Kulak, Senior Social Media Manager
"Fashion, but make it bridal! Designer Charles Dieujuste did not disappoint with this two-piece look, which you could wear over and over and over again" - Corinne Pierre-Louis, Associate Editor
"Mini dresses have been all over the virtual runways this season, but this Alexandra Grecco number is my favorite by far. Between the floral-embroidered organza sleeves and ruffled neckline, it is the perfect look for a bridal shower or rehearsal dinner." - Maggie Kreienberg, Associate Editor
"Let's face it, non-traditional bridal looks are here to stay, and I'm absolutely in love with the surge of bridal jumpsuits. Like this fully beaded piece (right) by Naeem Khan." - Corinne Pierre-Louis, Associate Editor
"As someone who gravitates toward classic styles, I fell in love with this Ines Di Santo creation immediately—and the fact that it offers two-looks-in-one is another bonus! Wear the asymmetrical overskirt for a regal walk down the aisle and remove it to show a simple yet stunning trumpet gown for the reception." - Maggie Kreienberg, Associate Editor
"I love brides who aren't afraid to take risks and are willing to embrace sexy silhouettes. This dress by Eva Lendel is absolutely breathtaking and embodies the aesthetic of "new age" brides today." - Corinne Pierre-Louis, Associate Editor
"This dress had me at “corset top.” Perfect for an elopement or elegant ceremony at City Hall, this two-piece from Halfpenny London is a chic, understated choice that still feels bridal in crisp white. Plus, the shorter length is a shoe lover’s dream. (It’s me, I’m the shoe lover.)" - Madeline Hirsch, News Editor
"This jumpsuit would make any bride feel (and look) like a total superhero. I love how the French lace and 3D floral embroideries add a feminine flair." - Samantha Netkin, Senior Editor
"I mean, the entire collection from Yolancris was beyond phenomenal. But this look stood out as one of my favorites! What some brides may not realize, is that this is a two-piece set (a bodysuit and a high-waisted skirt)." - Corinne Pierre-Louis, Associate Editor
